Synchronization of animations

I have been using Articulate for a long time and we always go through synchronization of voiceover with animations, which is fine. However, we now need to create one of our classes in multiple languages and with lots of animations on each slide. This makes synchronization very tedious and would take lots of time. I was hoping there is a feature somewhere that I could use to simple map animations to seconds in the voiceover - like say animation 1 - second 2.5, animation 2 - second 5, etc. This would save tens of hours of work, especially with translations to other languages where all seconds must be shifted.
