Had program installed on Friday, have used presenter and storyline extensively in past lives and have never experienced this type of lag time. Any time I go to open the articulate tab it takes a very long time, so long in fact that it crashes the power point. This has been a major issue in terms of creating engages as well. Has anyone experienced this or have any advice on how I can speed this along?

If you're still not able to use your Articulate Presenter ribbon after going through those, running a repair on your software to fix erratic behavior may clear this up for you.
