Template based on Ring Binder

Good morning all
I am looking for some help with creating a teamplate to be used in some elearning, the screen needs to resemble a Ring Binder with a set of 3 subject dividers.
This screen will form the introduction for each module, allowing the learner to navigate to the 3 elemens using the 'tabs' of the subject dividers.
Has anyone created something similar in the past and if so would they be willing to let me use their template? Alternativly can anyone help me create a template - I can manage the tab effect, but I have no idea how to create the 'Ring Binder' effect.

This just got posted on the forums http://trinarimmer.com/freebies/ and I remembered this thread. One of the freebies is a ring binder. Might be too late but thought id point it out to you anyway.
