I have been encountering an issue with a couple of modules. The issue is related to completion. For some reason when the module makes it onto my LMS the end assessment doesn't communicate the score to the database.
Usually this is resolved by republishing, but I am having a particularly bad time with two modules that won't communicate scores.
Does anynone know a system that I can use to test if the module is communicating all the right information? Also has anyone encounntered this problem?
We typically advise users to upload and test the content in SCORM Cloud as a comparison. This will help determine if the issue lies within the course or the LMS.
We also have a debug mode available. By default, LMS debug mode is disabled in Articulate Storyline 2 content, but you can enable it for troubleshooting purposes.
