I am working in Presenter 360 and PPT from Office 365 when I preview or publish text boxes that have simple symbols (1/2, greater or equal to), the text boxes are showing as a box of color (text not visible). Any ideas of what I should do?
thanks for the reply. I will try repairing Studio 360 and see if that makes
a difference. The boxes seem to be linked to symbols and fractions and
happen on preview and when published. I was in a big hurry to turn in a
project, so found a workaround - decimals and photos of the symbols. I had
tried opening the published review file in three browsers and had the same
outcome in each.

Hello Wendy!
I'm happy to help! I'm not able to recreate this on my end. Here's what I see.
Are you seeing this only after publishing? If so, how are you publishing the project and which browser are you using?
I'd recommend trying a different browser to see if that produces a different outcome. Also, I'd look at a simple repair of Studio 360.
