I am having issues not being able to see the text in some pop-up windows. I am assuming that they are some sort of error messages, as I get them when I do something 'wrong'. I haven't been able to find where this information can be changed. Any ideas? Thanks --
Did you check the text labels of your templates? Did you edit (or remove) the text labels from your template?
It is possible that the pop-up is actually telling you something, but since you have edited (or removed) the corresponding text, you only see the 'OK' button.
... then it's most likely related to your custom template. If you'd like one of our support engineers to have a closer look, you can Create an Articulate Presenter Package and upload the zip file to us. When you submit your case, please mention the url from this thread as well as any other info you think may be helpful in resolving the issue. Thanks!

Just a wild guess...

Thanks for your response Sayuj. I am using a customized template, but I looked in the text label section and there are no customized edits.
Any other thoughts?
Hi Wendy,
As Sayuj suggested, if you can't find a resolution by following this troubleshooter...

Bingo -- resetting the button text is what was needed. Didn't catch that the first time.
Thanks!
Nice! Glad you got it fixed, Wendy!
Me too! : ) Now on to the the next issue. At least it may be easier to troubleshoot now that I can read the error messages - ha ha ha
