We have added a glossary button in the course to view glossary terms and on the pop up we have added scroll bar so that user can scroll down if required to view the terms. It works fine when we view it on desktop with flash installed though when we try to view it on I-Pad or as a HTML 5 output on desktop, glossary text is not visible.
Sending a .story file won't be possible due to some restrictions. But just to let u know that we tried using an image in the space instead of text and it is working fine. Is there a problem of text support with scroll on I-Pad?
Interesting, so are you saying that if you use an image it works on the iPad but if you use text it does not? Maybe it has something to do with the font you are using. Are there any special characters in the text?
Thanks for the response. I got to know from one of the members of superhero that if the text placed in scroll bar is huge then there is a problem of text display. After getting this feedback we reduce the amount of text and it worked fine.I think this is a problem reported with storyline earlier also. Now I just wanted a solution where we can place this huge amount of text by any other measure.

I don't think so that there's an text support issue with scroll on I-pad. But without having a look on the file its not possible to say something.
There are issues with scroll vars not appearing on the iPad. Articulate says it should work if you use two fingers to scroll
