Text of navigation tabs in Articulate Presenter are in wrong place

Nov 30, 2011

Dear all,

I recently noticed this problem on the client's computer, it works fine on mine.

He's running on Moodle 1.9.10+ (Build 2011/0105) and sometimes when he starts SCORM presentation produced in Articulate '09 (Version 6.3) the text of navigation tabs (Outline, Notes, Search etc.) are in wrong place. They are on slide instead in their place in navigation panel. Tabs are working but there is no text on it.

Any ideas?

Welcome to Heroes, Harla!

I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Hi Peter,

We are experiencing the same results as Ashraf mentions and shows above. What is odd is that we published the course and did not see the issue, but we hosted the course on our Review Site for our customer and they see the issue. They sent us screen shots that show the Navigation tab titles appearing on slides even when the navigation bar is not being viewed. Can you please provide advice?

Thank you!

Hi

Did anyone get to the bottom of this issue?

I'm seeing something similar - items in the lefthand navigation pane not appearing in the correct spot. Refreshing the course window or contracting and then expanding the navigation group will usually fix the problem, or maybe fix the current misplaced item and show up another one, but it is a definite problem for me.

The course is quite long. About 130 screens including quizmaker groups etc. Is this common to the other courses where this has shown up?

Thanks for an update on this issue.
