If your Presenter ’09 menu is no longer visible (gone or missing), then the Articulate add-ins may be disabled. Please see this article for steps to address this issue: Articulate Support > Enable disabled items in PowerPoint

Hi, I am still unable to see the presenter ribbon. I followed the steps above, but it does not appear in my "disabled content" list. Any ideas?

Sounds like you may need to conduct a repair of your software and see if that alleviates the issue.
I'm not sure which version of Presenter that you have, so here are the instructions:
Presenter '09
Presenter '13
Thank you for the quick response! We have Articulate Storyline, so is there a suggestion for that?
Hi Shelly! Storyline is a different piece of software and is not integrated with Powerpoint as Presenter is.
