I have a WMV file of which I am attempting to convert to include in our e-learning package. Every time I do the following error message appears:
the video could not be published because it is not a valid video file
I have attempted to change the name of the file as there was an _ on it however this has not helped. It is getting very fustrating can someone offer me assistance?
The issue is the format of the video. Presenter works with .FLV, .SWF and MP4 videos. You'll have to first convert your .WMV into one of those formats using a tool like Video Encoder. Once it's been converted, you shouldn't have any trouble inserting it using these steps.
