I have published courses with TinCan and everything else is working fine so far. But "Exit" button on right top doesn't work. I was searching for some information, but it seems there was no recent post about it. Is it a known issue?
The finish button for the quiz (that is embedded in powerpoint file) doesn't work either while scorm version works.
Thanks for reaching out to let us know you've run into an issue with your Exit button.
As you can see from our support article here, you could be running into another issue, possibly a browser restriction.
Take a look at the article and see if that help you out. Do you experience a similar issue when uploading your Tin Can published output file to SCORM Cloud or is this issue limited to your LMS?
I was trying to upload the course to the SCROM CLOUD, but it fails. I am not sure if SCORM Cloud supports TinCan. I published the same course in Scorm 1.2 and TinCan each and uploaded them to the same LMS site. Then TinCan doesn't work but Scorm one works okay.
Please see the comments for the SCORM cloud. I've tried to change the configuration.js file, but it didn't work out either. Please let me know is there is something else that I can try more.
The given tincan.xml was incompatible with latest version of the Tin Can API specification. Error was: Activity ID 'xxxxxxxxxxx_course_id' is not an absolute URI
If so, it's a parser warning related to the version of the Tin Can API spec being used. It won't affect your content and can be safely ignored.
If you saw another error message about being unable to connect to the Server, take a look at the troubleshooting steps here.
That's right. I am sorry. I forgot about that. :) I will check with LMS and will update the thread if I get any update from them. Thanks a lot for taking the time to reply to me. Have a nice day!
It turned out there is an option that you can make the course open in a pop-up in Absorb LMS. Edit course > Syllabus > Edit the each course > Turn on "use Popup" option.

It seems it uploaded even if I saw the error message. In Scorm cloud, it works.

Thank you very much for looking into it. :)

Hi Soogyung,
Was this the error message you saw:

We are still experiencing this issue for all our other courses as well. Do you have any update?
Hi Soogyung,
Based on the conversation here, it seems that the issue lies within your LMS.
Were you able to follow up with your LMS to get some assistance on this?

So glad that you were able to figure that out Soogyung. I appreciate you popping in to share.
