Welcome to Heroes and great question! This tutorial on Importing Slides from Microsoft PowerPoint will be helpful for that. Keep in mind that if a presentation has Articulate resources—audio, video, etc.—the *.ppta file must be in the same folder as the PowerPoint file, and they must have the same file name. However, Presenter doesn't need to be installed to import content into Storyline. Hope that helps! :)
