For the past few days I have been using the Presenter trial version and it has been working fine within my PowerPoint 2013. I have today decided to purchase the software as I'm very happy with what it can do but it will not work!
i am now panicking and have read some comments stating Presenter does not work in PP 2013, so why did it work in my trial? Any ideas what I do now?
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've encountered! This link provides a listing of the specifications for running Studio 09 so you'd need to use a version of powerpoint listed there. Additionally, you can submit a support case to have someone look into why it may have worked in the trial but is not working now.
