It looks like you shared a Powerpoint file here, and there aren't triggers within Presenter - so we'd want to see the .story file that you created in Storyline. If you're looking at setting up something in Presenter could you share a bit more about what you're looking to accomplish?
I'm not using Storyline. I'm using Presenter. I inserted the Trigger button in the PowerPoint Animation pane. So, Are you saying we need Storyline to use Triggers?
Hi Jasmine! Thanks for sharing your file as it helped me understand what you were working with. The animation triggers are not supported in Presenter '13. You can read about that here.

Would you be able to share your project file so that we could take a look?

As Ashley shared above, typically when you think of Triggers it's Storyline :)
