I am trying to publish a presentation and Presenter 360 crashes at the stage where it starts to clean up the temporary files. Any idea why this may be happening or how to remedy? I don't have any updates pending.
Unfortunately the solution is to start a new PowerPoint and import the slides from the non-working version. This is happening to me and a colleague with multiple PowerPoints and multiple courses - across platforms (boot camped Mac and Windows) and Windows.
I'm hoping for a fix because this is not a sustainable solution (videos need re-embedded, etc.).

Sorry you're running into this, Laura! I can help you straighten this out. I have a couple of questions to start:
I am publishing to my desktop. This only seems to happen with this file.
Ok, I can try and publish it on my end. Can you share your Articulate Package with me? If you'd like to keep it private, use this form instead.
Thank you! I just submitted it and was assigned case #01111114.
Thanks for letting me know your case number, Laura! The team will be in touch soon, and I'll follow along as well. ☺️
Hi Laura! I'm glad to see Rowie's suggestion worked for you!
For anyone else who encounters this in the future, check out this tutorial for troubleshooting steps: Presenter 360: Publishing Freezes or Hangs.
Can you share the solution, we are having the same issue with several slidedecks that we upgraded from 13. Is there a trace program for presenter 360?
