Does anyone have information to post with the presenter designed training about optimizing their experience? For example, I have had people report problems with viewing things and not understanding how to navigate the system. Others were having problems printing quiz results. If this exists as a narrative tutorial for users than it could accompany each training I have designed.
I haven't seen such a tutorial, but it sounds like another course to create that would play automatically, or you could also use something like Replay to record your tutorial of how to navigate the course (and record the course screen and your webcam)?
