I am not able to view an FAQ Engage Interaction and keep getting a message saying that it is unable to load the add-in, However, when I look at it under options, it is there. Help!
I'd recommend submitting a case to our support team. It sounds like you may have to do a repair re-installation of Articulate/PowerPoint, but our support engineers will be happy to work with you to troubleshoot this. You can submit a case here:
I had this happen a couple of months back articulate helped me, I just misread the instructions and did not enble the items first in the disabled items list.

Are you able to view the FAQ by opening Engage as a standalone?
If so, but not in the PPT, your communicator may have been disabled.

So, when you click on Engage from the PPT Ribbon- does it open anything at all, like the Quiz/Engage Properties Panel?
No, it doesn't. A pop-up window appears saying: "unable to load articulate presenter add-in".
