I have lost the Presenter add-in and have tried all the recommended steps to add it back it. I still get the message unable to load Presenter Add-in. I have downloaded the most current version of Presenter. I have restarted my computer at least 5 times. Help, please.

In case anyone else is looking for the same answer. The solution is to both enable the Articulate ribbon and verify Trust Center settings per the steps in this knowledgebase article. I have tried numerous un/reinstalls of both programs, with reboots after each step to no avail. Any ideas? (Win 7)
PS- This is the screen that produces the error when "Launch Powerpoint" is clicked.

Hello Steve, I'm sorry but the technical specs for Presenter require the 32-bit version of PowerPoint only (64-bit PPT is not supported).
