PRESENTER

I have lost the Presenter add-in and have tried all the recommended steps to add it back it.  I still get the message unable to load Presenter Add-in.  I have downloaded the most current version of Presenter. I have restarted my computer at least 5 times.  Help, please.

Hi Kay - I know we exchanged messages in the comments section on this tutorial and that you're all set now, but just wanted to close the loop here on this thread too. In case anyone else is looking for the same answer. The solution is to both enable the Articulate ribbon and verify Trust Center settings per the steps in this knowledgebase article. Hi Jeanette and thanks for all your great solutions. Along these same lines, I can get past this error message when tyrying to attach Presenter to PPT 2012 64-bit...

I have tried numerous un/reinstalls of both programs, with reboots after each step to no avail. Any ideas? (Win 7)
