Unable to Record Narration

Hi. I've just recently re-installed one of your legacy products, Articulate Presenter 5 PRO. Upon doing so, when I click on "Record Narration" a small box comes up like expected, however, when I click on the Record button, nothing happens; and then the box for recording is at the back of the power point "view" window (i have to minimize the presentation in order for me to click on the record button from the small box) Also, when I try to click on the options (from the top right corner of the small box for the recording option) it does nothing as well. Before when I click on it, it shows the option to view my Powerpoint Notes. Below would be the things I've done so far.

1. Updated Flash

2. Checked the path where I saved the PPT >> it's in my local C drive.

3. Checked your knowledge base; to no avail.

4. Uninstall and re-install Articulate 5 PRO

I'm using a full version of the program running on Windows 7 64 Bit.
