Here is our System Requirements sheet for Presenter just so you have it handy, and may I ask if you have seen similar issues viewing Results slides in other Presenter projects viewed in IE, or does it seem to be isolated to this particular file? If you are able to use the steps here to create an Articulate Package, we will gladly take a look, and if you'd like to share for private review, here is the form you would need to send that our way.
And also, Sean, may I ask if you can share bit more about the environment where the file is being uploaded? If publishing for Web, you may want to see how it functions via tempshare.articulate.com in IE, or if publishing for LMS, perhaps see how things function when loaded in the SCORM Cloud in IE.
I'm testing either via my computer and/or uploading to AO. 4 disk cleans later and I can get it to run again, but it's inconsistent as the more I seem to do and test the buggier it gets.

In addition to the issues above, whenever I try to manually upload the file, I get an error that I can't communicate with the server after the file is uploaded. I can't see and of the customizations, sharing links ect, but if I use the splash screen I previously created, I can view the content.
