Yes, I did. Our Articulate software is set to automatically update, so we were already at Update 10. Oddly, I ran the updater on some courses we have been having trouble getting to run and it found problems, so I used the Updater on them. Now they won't open on any browser. I ran the Updater on files that are located on our network. Do I need to copy them to my local drive to run the Updater? Any other suggestions?
You should be able to update them off the network drive or website where they're hosted as that article describes. After updating them on your network drive are you testing locally or have you reuploaded to your web server or LMS? You'll want to ensure you're testing published content within the intended environment as described here.

Hi Tina,
You're following the steps here to update your Presenter 09 courses? Is this within an LMS, a web server?
