I created a course using Articulate Studio 13 (Update 3). After creating a course package, I'm trying to publish this onto another system which has only Update 2.
It's not allowing me to publish a course and citing version issues.
Hi Suman! Each update has released many features and fixes that were not available previously. I would advise updating to the latest update to avoid these errors, and we are actually on Update 4 now.
So you've created a project on one system using Update 3 and then created a Presenter package to share the files with another system that has Update 2 installed on it, and that computer is unable to open the files? Could you share a bit more about what's occurring when you try to open it - it sounds like your seeing an error message? Can you share that message here?
Based on this previous thread, there was an issue between Update 2 and Update 3 - that was solved in Update 4. You may also want to try some of the troubleshooting steps in that thread to see if the help resolve the issue you're experiencing.

Hey Leslie,
I understand that would be ideal. But as of now, I really do need to get back my files to Update 2 from Update 3/4.
Would you have any solution?
