I updated to "Update 5" for Articulate Presenter yesterday. Now, none of the buttons on the Articulate ribbon is responsive. I cannot insert a quiz or an interaction, or preview or publish.
Thanks, Emily. That Article needs an update. You can no longer repair, because it says that there is a newer version installed. Instead I removed Articulate entirely, then re-loaded version 5. I am still having the same problem -- the Articulate ribbon is completely unresponsive.

You may want to try and run a repair on your Studio. You can follow the steps in this article.
