I have updated Articulate Studio Pro 13 (presenter, quiz maker and engage) to the latest version (release 11 December 2014), since I have lost most functionality. I am unable to preview the presentation, unable to edit quiz maker from presentation, unable to publish, cannot access slide properties, and have no player function and no option to check for updates in the “help and Support” button.
Have you tried repairing the installation or uninstalling and reinstalling the software? If not, I would try doing that and then restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, try submitting a support case.
Thanks for your response. After I submitted my problem, I did exactly as
you have suggested and performed a "repair" of the installation, re booted
my PC and the issues were resolved.
Many thanks
