Updating Flash Based Courses

We currently use Articulate '13 and are in the process of upgrading to Articulate 360.  As I understand it, all of courses are flash based and therefore at the end of 2020 will no longer work and have to be republished in Articulate 360.  What does that exactly entail?  Will we have to import the audio into the presentation again and resync it to the animations?  I'm trying to get a better understanding of what we will have to do in order to be ready for this change.
