Updating from 9 to 13

Jun 15, 2014

Hi all,  This is not the correct place for this post, but I couldn't figure out where else to put it.  I bought Articulate Studio 9 during the time it was soon to be upgraded to 13.  My Studio 9 has a free upgrade to 13, but I don't know where to go to do this.  Could someone please direct me to where to ask this question, or funnel it to the correct place?

Thanks so much,

Robin King

Hi there Robin,

No problem!

I found some information regarding the process that should help:

When you’re ready to get your upgrade, make sure you have your serial numbers on hand then choose the option below that applies to you. Your order confirmation or activation e-mail will tell you if you have a Platinum Membership Plan subscription.

If you bought Studio '09 on 10/11/12 or later, get Studio '13 for free at: www.articulate.com/store/promo_upgrade.php

If you bought Studio '09 before 10/11/12, buy a Studio '13 upgrade at: www.articulate.com/store/store.php

If you bought Studio '09 with the Platinum Membership Plan on 10/11/12 or later, get Studio '13 for free (without using your PMP) at: www.articulate.com/store/promo_upgrade.php

If you bought Studio '09 with the Platinum Membership Plan before 10/11/12, get Studio '13 for free with your free PMP upgrade at: http://www.articulate.com/store/pmp_upgrade.php

Got questions about upgrading to Articulate Studio '13? We've got answers! See answers to the most common questions here: http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap13&id=naenrs0x10bh

I hope that information helps! :)

If you have any questions regarding your current licensing, or if you have trouble upgrading, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They can be emailed directly at biz@articulate.com, you can chat with them live here, or you're welcome to call 800-861-4880 from 8a-8p.

In the meantime, please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Best,

Christine
