I received this email yesterday because I purchased '09 last year. The upgrade is available now!
Did you order yours during their promotion period?
Hi Cheryl,
Great news! Because you bought Articulate Studio ’09 via Order #__________ during a special promotion period, you can upgrade to Articulate Studio ’13—for free!
If you haven't already redeemed your free upgrade, just follow these steps:
Look for an email from us. Please contact us if you don’t receive it within an hour of filling out the form. The email will include your new serial number and a link to download Articulate Studio ’13.
Download and install Articulate Studio ’13. Installing Articulate Studio ’13 automatically uninstalls Articulate Studio ’09.
If you bought Studio '09 for someone else, please forward this message to them. And if you bought more than one license that qualifies for the free upgrade, remember to redeem upgrades for those additional licenses, too.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We’re happy to help in any way we can.
