User cannot move forward.

Hello... I have a course in which I am using a lot of flash video. The issue is occuring when a flash video is completed. This video (slide 19) is the correct answer to a previous question. The slide is hyperlinked. There are 2 incorrect answer slides with videos attached behind this correct slide (slides 20 and 21). Under slide properties, i have slide 19 branched to slide 22, skipping 20 and 21. The video was added to 19 so that upon completion, it would advance automatically to the next slide. During the course and preview, when slide 19 ends, the user sees the message that he can only view slides that have previously been viewed. The slider is not quite to the end and will not advance further. Please advise. I can provide sreen shots if necessary.
