Does anyone know how to fix video freezes? I have a 4-unit course, all with a video on slides 2 and 3. On the published files the videos are all freezing up on the first play, although the progress bar still moves. If I stop and return to the beginning, everything plays fine on the second try. I'm using Presenter 7 and PowerPoint 2007. The videos are mp4 at 23.9 fps. I've used the same workflow for over 1000 presentations with no problems.
