video full screen problem in Presenter 13

Hi David .Thank you for your help

But now I have another problem.

 I cannot play full screen while using MP4 format video

My original presentation done in Presenter '09 had much better quality than the one produced in Presenter '13. 

I inserted the MP4 (980*560) format can play full screen perfectly in Presenter '09 

If you have requirements on video size?

I already change the page size .

Hi Jessie, 

Have you changed the slide size for your courses in Presenter 13 vs. what you had set up with the same size video in Presenter 09? There are not specific requirements on video size, but if you think the quality has been reduced you may want to review this article on Video compression and quality and change the quality settings while publishing. 

If you haven't changed anything from Presenter 09 to Presenter 13 and still feel like the video file is misbehaving, please package your Presenter files and share them with our team here.
