Did you create the .flv using our Video Encoder, by any chance? If so, there's a solution. Otherwise, mind opening a ticket with your project files so we can take a closer look? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
If you've included videos in your Articulate content and find that they do not play in your published output, please take a look at this article and let us know if it helps. Thanks!
Thanks, Scott. Mind if we take a look at it? First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!

Thanks!
I had the same problem.
I converted an MP4 video to FLV using the Articulate Video Encoder. I even downloaded the codec that you referenced in your solution.
When I Preview the course, the video plays immediately. But when I publish, the video does not play.
I created a Package file and have uploaded it to Articulate Support.
thanks-
Claudine
I've got a similar issue where the video just fades in over the slide length time and doesn't do anything.
No dice getting it to play on any form of preview window either, but it plays just fine in powerpoint when I press the play button in the slide...

^ Nope. Already tried that, hasn't solved anything. Video either just fades in slowly and doesn't play, or locks up and crashes powerpoint.
