Video Playback Issue

I created a presentation that includes a single FLV video about 7 minutes long. The presentation was published on my laptop for the web. I copied the folder to a thumb drive and took it to work. When I launch the presentation from the thumb drive, the video works just fine. I then uploaded the content to our SharePoint 2007 site (by dragging the folder in Explorer). When I launch the presentation, it works just fine, all the content appears on each slide. But...the video does not appear. The slide does not have a place holder for the video, but does have a line that says "Click to play video (7min)" at the bottom. If you  right click where the video should be, the Flash configuration window pops up, but changing any of the settings has no effect.
