Hi John!
Neither link works for me. I see a lot of "%20" in the links, are there any spaces in the file names? If so, you might want to remove the spaces and try again.
Also, is this in Storyline or Presenter? This is posted in the Presenter section, but your post title says Storyline. If it's a Storyline file, can you post the .story file here? To attach the file, just use the paperclip icon in your response.
Thanks John!
Christine
Hello Christine,
Link to the courses below. Thanks and happy holidays! John

Hi John,
Thanks for the link! Very cute, but I think that song will be stuck in my head for a few days, now
I haven't seen an issue with the video so far. I published the content to Articulate Online for testing, take a look. I also published the Vimeo version, here.
The Vimeo version would not play in preview (that's normal, though) and you do have to click on the video to get it to play in the published version.
Are you not able to see any of the videos playing?
Thanks!
Christine
Christine,
Glad you like tha card.
The uploaded video version played perfect. Maybe there a problem with DropBox?
I am confused........
John
Hi Christine,
Here is a link to the dropbox file that does not play.

Here is a link to the articulate online that plays great

What do you think?
Good morning John,
I see what you mean. The first link on Dropbox plays and I can hear the music, but the video in the background isn't playing. From your links, I can't tell if the content is located in the "public" Dropbox folder. I'm not sure if this is what you're using, but if you're not, you may want to make this change.
Now, keep in mind, that if you signed up with Dropbox after October, the "public" folder won't be enabled by default, you'll have to enable it. If you signed up before October, you should already have access to it.
Justin Grenier made a great screencast for this:

I'm thinking that the video isn't loading properly because the content isn't in this folder. However, if that's not the case, let me know!
Thanks and I hope you have a great day
Christine
Hi Christine. The movie is in the folder.
Hi John,
Are you planning on distributing this card from Dropbox or uploading it to another web server? I haven't worked with Dropbox enough to know what the issue may be, unfortunately. It seems to be working everywhere else, perhaps you might consider an alternative for hosting the content?
Thanks!
Christine
Hi Christine.
Finally got it to work by publishing to CD not Web. You might want to share as this will probably come up again. Thanks!

Awesome, John! Thanks for the information I suppose that does make sense, because Dropbox works more as storage, instead of like a server.
Appreciate it!
Christine
