When users complete the modules published in Presenter '09, the LMS (AICC) provides me with the slides that the user viewed along with the quiz result. In modules published in Presenter '13 all I can see is quiz result. Can anyone explain to me why I can no longer view the slide count information?
This sounds like a feature in your LMS. We'd recommend enabling LMS Debug Mode, sending the resulting log to your LMS provider, and asking them where they are having trouble with the data we are sending them.
By default, LMS debug mode is disabled in Articulate Studio '13 content, but you can enable it for troubleshooting purposes. Here's how. For the '09 content, here.
