Hi! I have a Presenter course which has web object place holders. When published, half the images have "Web Object is unavailable during preview" over the top of them, but when clicked still open the web page needed.
I can't see any differences in the settings for the web object in the ones showing the error message vs the ones that are fine and not sure what else to try.
Web objects can't be viewed during preview. To view web objects, publish for Web, Articulate 360, Articulate Online, or LMS, then upload the published output to a server. To view a published course without uploading it to a server, publish for CD.
That doesn't right! You should only see that placeholder when previewing the course in Storyline and not in an LMS environment. Which LMS are you still seeing the web object thumbnail in?
I'd recommend testing your course in another LMS environment like SCORM cloud. If you'd like to upload your .story file, I'm happy to test it on my end too. You can attach it to this public discussion or upload it privately in a support case.

The same web object error comes up in my course even after it is published for LMS. Any ideas?
