Hi all, I really hoping you guys can help me out with the issue Im experiencing...
I put together a small PPT and have included an embedded youtube video via web object. (I follow the instructions from this screenr video //www.screenr.com/nqO) When I preview before publishing the video shows up and plays as expected, but when I try to view the video after I publish, there is just a blank spot where the video is supposed to be. There is no error or anything like that, just a blank spot.
After that, restart your computer & try to view your presentations again. If you continue to have problems, submit a support case to us by using the link below:
Thanks for the heads up on the case number. It looks like Jonathan replied to your latest email this morning. Since you're still having issues, please reply directly back to his latest message so that he can further diagnose the issue.

Hi Jennifer,
I found the problem... I followed the instructions on this site: http://daveperso.mediaenglishonline.com/2010/11/02/using-articulate-web-objects-and-captivate-5/ and it workd perfect!
Kind regards,
Elle
Thanks, Elle, but we have learned that the problem isn't confined to Web Objects. I can't view anything I publish even a simple presentation.
