I have a course developed in Studio 360, published to the web, running in a pop-up window on my website. At the end of the course, the learner can either click a link or click the X to close the modal. No matter which is chosen, the course continues to play. It does not close. Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?
When the users click the X or close option, they're presented with that resume pop up? That's not something I've seen before, but I'd like to know a bit more about your course. Where are you hosting it in this pop-up window? Have you attempted using it outside the pop up to see if the same issue happens, for example, you could upload to Tempshare or host on Amazon S3.

Hi Lorraine,

Also, are you seeing this across all browsers?
The issue is the same in every browser.

Hi Lorraine,
Would you mind sharing a link to the course with us? That way we can test it in various browsers and see the behavior firsthand.
If you'd rather keep the link private, you can send it here.
