Webpage errors in IE 9 - help!
Jul 12, 2012
I have customers getting a popup error message (see attachement) after launching the player and maximizing the window in IE9. The player runs in the background of the displayed Webpage error message.
From what I can see the video player pop-up throws a javascript error in IE9 when the window is resized and the browser is not set to compatibility view.
The browser settings are: Internet Options > Advanced Tab > Browsing section > Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) checked, Disable script debugging (Other) checked, Display a notification about every script error checked.
Can somebody help me figure out how to fix this issue,

Hmm that is odd.. normally it works fine in IE, all versions. In your screen shot it looks like the browser is in compatibility mode.
Perhaps while you are trouble shooting it you can turn off Articulate's re-size function?
It is turned off 00falsefalsefalse
Hi Bill,
Are you able to send us your files so we can take a closer look and run some tests on our end, if needed? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Thanks!
We commented out the minimal code on the flashcommand.js file(swfMovie. SetVariable("g_Resize.Trigger", "1") and now it works correctly.
Nice, glad to hear it. Thanks for the update!
