Hello all, can someone please advise, this same issue keeps coming up every so often. My laptop failed so had to purchase a new computer, downloaded my Articulate programs, with no issues. Tried to activate my programs, Presenter, Engage and Quizmaster, put my Key Number in and the system will not accept my activation key number. I went into the program using the Administrator privilege, can someone please advise. Thank you.
