Words become misspelled when viewed on tablet

Thanks for including that screenshot - is it possible you used Calibri font in your notes/transcript text? There is a known issue where letters are omitted when Calibri is used in the Notes tab when viewed with a tablet or phone. Does that seem to match what you're seeing? 

Yes, it was Calibri. It seems you're not displaying the ti ligature.

What fonts do you support?

BTW, you should warn users that Calibri is not well supported.

I'm sorry this has caused you headaches, Steve. It looks like this is only happening with the Calibri font, so the workaround for now is to change the Player font to something other than Calibri.

We're still working on this issue, and I will definitely advocate for a fix in our next meeting with Quality Assurance. As soon as I get more information on this, I'll let you know. You'll be notified immediately since you're now subscribed to this thread.

A long delay here, but I found this discussion while reviewing some closed Storyline 360 bugs!

I wanted to let you know that the issue you described where Letters were missing from slide notes when using the Calibri font was fixed in an earlier update of Storyline 360 and now in Storyline 3. 

The latest update of Storyline 360, is build 3.32.20313.0 and Storyline 3, build 3. 3.7.20003.0. Let us know if you have any questions and again, my apologies for the long delay here! 

 That same fix should be released to Studio 360 soon.
