I am currently working in Articulate Quizmaker '13 and I am creating a Freeform Pick Many question. I have followed some tutorials on creating a question like this and have noticed everyone has a "Selected State" dropdown option. However on my tab, I do not have the option to change the state. Does anyone have an idea of how I can get this option added?

I'm not sure which tutorials you took a look at, but based on your descriptions of using states, it sounds like it may have been for Storyline. Feel free to share a link though, and I'll be sure to take a look.
