I have a video that is playin and after it plays it launchs the certify in the same window. The setting for the certify is to close on passing or failing.. People are clicking the finish btn but nothing is closing and nothing is regestering as a pass or fail.. It worked fine once but when another person takes the course its not working ... The users are using mostly IE but also sometimes Firefox..
I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with the videos playing. I think the best option is to have you submit a Support case so that our team can review your file and test it for any issues.
My issue is not with the video my issue is that after all the setting are set on closing the window on the quiz at the end, why isn't the window closing
Sorry that I confused what the issue was, I still think submitting a Support case is the way to go, as then they can test your files and see what is happening.
