Don't show my question in Quizmaker again in my Notes

Hi there,
I'm using Quizmaker 13 and I just want a different text in the notes than on my Slide. So the Text with the red arrow should be different than on the Slide. Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi Monika,
Are you inserting this quiz into a Presenter course as well? The title of the slides become the title of your notes section - and in a quiz the title is the quiz question.
