Error when lauching Quizmaker

I am getting an error message when trying to launch Quizmaker:

"error launching quizmaker click ok to try again or choose an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package"

A coworker is also getting the same error. 

Any ideas of what may be the cause?

Hi Simone,

I saw you also opened a support case, and that's a great idea to troubleshoot this further. I haven't seen that error before, but I'd want to make sure your install files were installed locally and that you're logged in with your Articulate ID when you downloaded them. 

I see that my colleague Eloisa was just assigned to your case, so she'll be in touch with some additional ideas and troubleshooting steps.
