Hi! I have a project that requires me to incorporate a 90 minute video file, plus a quiz that requires a passing score, and requires that a certificate print after users pass the quiz. All of this needs to be one file that is published for the web. The final file needs to be a low resolution video file in MPEG format and less than 256Mb. Any suggestions on which tools to use in Articulate 360 to accomplish this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to create for your course.
Your first mention of a video with quiz would work great with Storyline.
However, if you publish the file as an mp4 there will be no interactivity within the course, including the quiz.
You mention that it will be published for web though, so perhaps I'm misunderstanding.
