Incorrect status & score passing back to Learning Management System

Hi,

My company is running our Learning Management System (LMS) on PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management System v9.1.   We have always encouraged internal development team to publish the eLearning contents using Articulate Studio in the form of SCORM 1.2 or 2004 format.   We have some staff complaining their status / score not reflected correctly at LMS.

Would like to know anybody has encountered this issue?

Hi Siew,

Thanks for reaching out here. Do you know how they're publishing to not receive the score/status correctly? What are they seeing when viewing the course or the users results in the LMS? You may want to begin with the troubleshooting steps here and see if you could also look at testing in SCORM Cloud as it's an industry standard for testing SCORM content and the directions here will help you walk through the testing set up.
