Is Quizmaker still A Feature?

Hi folks,

My company has a Rise 360 subscription and I would like to use Quizmaker for a new job candidates.

Where do I go to find Quizmaker?

There are oodles of tutorials on how to use the software, but I don't see an option in Rise360, nor is it in the offline Storyline window.
