Since upgrading to Quizmaker 2013, the list of questions is no longer visible on screen even though I have made the selection indicated by the attachment which is:
My first assumption would be that this quiz is a part of a Presenter project.
For standalone Articulate Quizmaker quizzes, you can choose to display the question list on the quiz player. However, when you embed a quiz in an Articulate Presenter course, the question list appears in the course menu along with the other slides in the course. See this article for details.
