Need help troubleshooting a problem with an unhandled exception

I have been building a quiz. It is a larger quiz (ultimately it will have 500 questions in it). However, I keep getting unhandled exception errors. Once before it crashed and wiped out about all of my questions by rendering a file unreadable. I have rebuilt from there, but now I am getting unhandled exceptions with the following:

Since quizmaker will not allow me to import questions from a spreadsheet (Which NEEDS TO HAPPEN by the way), this is resulting in me having to manually enter all of these questions again.
Please help me figure out why this is happening.

Hi Chuck,
Have you run a repair of the Quizmaker software? Additionally, you'll want to check that you're adhering to these general guidelines while working on your Quizmaker files:
Also, Studio 13 launched today - and importing questions is one of the new features.
I wouldnt go anywhere near 500 hundred questions in Quizmaker, it will be a nightmare for users to load, the scorm reporting will likely fail.
I intend to only ask 100, pulled from the different banks of questions.
The way quizmaker works it must load all 500 questions before the course can be seen by a user, this is a huge overhead, without images the loading wheel will spin for ages add in images or formatting and you have a huge file that needs to be loaded, most users will likely give up.
