Newbie Question - modify individuals answers

May 29, 2013

I have a question in a quiz that is incorrect.  I have updated the quiz with the correct answer, but I need to update the student's results so that they get credit for a question that they answered correctly.

How do I make this happen?  Can I export the questions, change the answer, then import again?

Thanks,

Laurie

Hey Laurie, welcome to the community!

I'm afraid I can't think of much you'd be able to do from the Quizmaker side to retroactively change their answers / results.

The question itself should update after you've changed it and republished, but any alterations to their original results prior to the change, would have to be done through the LMS you're using.

I hope Im understanding your scenario correctly...

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the reply. I do think you are interpreting my question correctly.  We published a quiz to articulate-online, and the student answered the question correctly, but we had the answer wrong on the quiz.  We've since corrected it, but it does not reflect in his score...

I'm new to Articulate so I was not sure if there was a way to re-import his answers, and change his True to False...

Thank you!

Laurie
